My Creative Space

Yesteday there was a jumble of bunnies on my sewing table.

One skirt was finished,

two eyes were sewn on.

Another skirt appeared, this one from a favourite vintage apron.

And then suddenly the bunnies came to life.

First one,

then another,

and then there were three!!

But first they had to pass the cuddle test.
Luckily I had a Handy Assistant nearby.....

Yep, they all passed with flying colours. All three are bound for Dear Prudence where they hope to fall into the arms of their new beloveds. Are you having a happy, creative day? Hope so. Don't forget to enter my giveaway, it's open for another couple of days . And for some more inspiration pop over and visit Kooyotoo, bye sweeties xo

okay! I love these bunnies... but I need some help! How in the world do you sew the eyes and the mouths on AFTER they are put together?

Beck, I'm so lucky! I know they'll get many cuddles in the shop, if they last that long-already have eager bunny-loving customers waiting....
Laura from pinksnowflakes.com came in with her little baby Mabel, and spoke of you fondly, said you made her feel so welcome at the Makers Market. I know exactly what she means! xx

Hi Beck,
The bunting made from tea towels isn't mine, I have found a few examples on Etsy and other places.(Have a look at my blog for last Sunday) The more I looked, the more examples I found of people making things with tea-towels, so I didn't feel guilty about making the bunting. Please feel free to to ahead and make them. I am going to try and sell them at markets up here and my Etsy shop (when I start it!). Do you think that people would buy them...you have more experience than I? Cheers Nick

I thought of you today, you and the bunnies you make when three little bunnies hopped across my path when I was out walking in the bush....I know they shouldn't be there, in the bush, but it is always a dear thing to spy when walking.

You all look happy and well, so nice to see
