Celebrating

Here are a few shots from our weekend.

Billy & Lucy celebrated their First Communion and it was a really lovely day. 

I was so proud of both of them.

Bill did a fantastic reading, he is much braver than me!

I think they both felt pretty special, I hope this part of their life journey is something they look back on with happiness too. I hope it gives them a sense of belonging & community, both of which are so important in my own life.

It was a real weekend of celebrations! Rosie headed up to the Convent Gallery for Isabella's amazing 6th birthday party! Marija did a wonderful job organising & setting up, the table looked spectacular!

Back at home we also had a little high tea party for Bill & Lucy. It's one of our favourite things to do.

The menu consisted of cucumber sandwiches, meringues, cupcakes, strawberries and tiny sausage rolls. Oh, and of course pink lemonade! Yum!

Not a crumb was left!

Well it's the start of a new week & we are getting closer to the school holidays.  I'm feeling a little frazzled as there is much to do beforehand. Art Night tomorrow night, Footy & Netball Presentation night on Thursday night, a jazz ballet competition, organising someone to look after the pets while we are away,

blah, blah, blah! Oh and helping Mark to get ready for his trip to France of course.

I'm sure it will all work out. Tomorrow I am going to start writing LISTS!

If only I was a more organised person :)
